Public Sector Expert Networking: the World Bank example

To make better use of existing skills within a public sector organisation Beth Noveck of GovLab writes that Pascal Saura, a professor of philosophy has been instrumental in the creation on an online searchable catalogue of the 27,000 World Bank employees, consultants and alumni. Similar to what has been happening in the private sector where Expert Networking has taken off.
